Emerald Harvest was founded on a simple conviction: the world deserves to taste Iranian dates and raisins exactly as their growers intended — hand-graded and shipped with nothing hidden between harvest and container. What began as a direct partnership with date growers in Bam and Jiroft has grown into an integrated export operation spanning two crops, four regions, and every stage in between.
We do not broker dates or raisins. We work the groves and vineyards, grade every lot ourselves, pack to specification, and manage delivery — owning every link in the chain so no compromise can hide between handoffs. Our buyers — importers, distributors, and food manufacturers across Europe, the Gulf, and Asia — return not for price alone, but because the product is always exactly what we said it would be.

Two Harvests, One Season
Dates are hand-picked at peak ripeness in Bam and Jiroft each autumn, while our raisin partners in Qazvin and Malayer sun-dry grapes on traditional racks — the same rhythms these regions have followed for generations.
Hand and Optical Grading
Every lot passes through multi-stage sorting — mechanical and optical — to remove stems, foreign matter, and any fruit below export grade. What ships is what we say it is, lot after lot.
Lab-Verified Safety
Every lot passes in-house and third-party laboratory testing for moisture, aflatoxin, and microbiological safety — aligned with EU, FDA, and Gulf Cooperation Council import standards.
