Golden Bleach raisins are sun-dried and lightly sulphur-treated to lock in a vivid golden colour that holds up on the retail shelf far longer than untreated raisins, which naturally darken over time.
Grown around Malayer in Hamadan province, this is the variety premium retailers reach for when shelf appearance matters as much as taste — the colour alone signals freshness to a shopper before they've read the label.
