Sun Dried Seedless raisins are dried the way Iranian growers have done it for generations — laid out under open sun with no sulphur or chemical treatment, across the same Qazvin and Malayer vineyards behind our Iranian Sultana.
The natural drying process darkens the fruit and concentrates its flavour compared to sulphur-treated raisins, producing a deeper colour and a more pronounced, less processed taste that buyers in natural and organic-leaning markets specifically look for.
