Iranian Sultana is the raisin most buyers picture first: pale gold, tender-skinned, and seedless, dried from the vineyards of Qazvin and Malayer in Iran's northwest. It's the most versatile raisin in our range, equally at home in bakery mixes and retail bags.
Because it's dried without heavy sulphur treatment, its flavour stays close to the grape it came from — mildly tart against a clean sweetness that doesn't overpower baked goods or cereal blends.
