Kashmar
A dark, richly flavoured raisin from Iran's northeast, built for snacking.
Kashmar raisins are grown in Khorasan Razavi, in Iran's northeast — a region known for producing darker, more concentrated raisins than the paler varieties from further west. The result is a firmer bite and a deeper, almost molasses-edged sweetness.
That flavour intensity makes Kashmar a favourite for direct snacking and for bakery applications where a stronger raisin presence is wanted rather than a background note.
